TAMPON AS
This personal project is part of a larger exploration of period stigma. I used elements drawn from fine art paintings and jewelry design to examine an alternate reality in which tampons (and menstruation) are venerated. Each tampon was handmade by me and situated in a set inspired by famous paintings of Venus.
