HELPING HANDS
Helping Hands is a cookbook for dialysis patients created in partnership with the NHS in the United Kingdom. The brief was to hold a workshop to gather research, then create an easy-to-use system for keeping track of the heavy restrictions in a renal diet.

I worked with a team to develop a workshop at the Tate Modern in London. The workshop, Plated Pointers, allowed dialysis patients, dietitians, nurses, and museum visitors to learn more about live-saving, kidney-friendly diets.

Following the workshop, we designed this concept for the cookbook which features the helpful tips handwritten by workshop participants.
